When delivery orders are created in Lightspeed, labels are generated and tracking syncs back automatically.

Since Lightspeed doesn’t support live third-party rates at checkout, you’ll set up flat-rate shipping options that match Weels pricing.
In your Lightspeed back office, go to Setup → Payment Types. You’ll also need to ensure your outlet has delivery fulfillment enabled.
If you’re using Lightspeed’s e-commerce (via Shopify integration), add a shipping rate in your Shopify settings:
For POS-only delivery (no e-commerce), the rate is handled on the Weels side. Simply mark orders for delivery fulfillment and Weels handles the rest.

When you create a delivery sale in Lightspeed (either in-store or online), Weels receives a webhook notification. If auto-fulfill is enabled, we automatically generate a shipping label, assign a driver, and mark the order as shipped in Lightspeed. Tracking updates sync back in real time.
This integration is built for Lightspeed Retail X-Series (the current platform). If you're on R-Series (legacy), please contact us to discuss options.
Lightspeed doesn't support third-party rate injection at checkout like Shopify does. You'll need to configure a flat-rate “Same-Day Delivery” shipping option in your Lightspeed settings. We can help you set this up.
When your driver arrives, they check the recipient's government-issued photo ID to confirm they meet the age requirement (18+, 19+, or 21+). If the ID check fails or no valid ID is presented, the package is not delivered and returned.

Delivery starts at $16/package for Zone 1 (GTA Core) up to $25/package for Zone 4. The Lightspeed integration itself is free. No monthly fees, no minimums.
