Download the plugin, then in your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the zip file. Activate it.
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Weels Same-Day Delivery. Paste your API key and click Save. A green checkmark confirms the connection.
Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping Zones. Edit your zone (e.g. "Canada") and click Add shipping method → Weels Same-Day Delivery.
