When your driver arrives, they check the recipient's government-issued photo ID to confirm they meet the age requirement (18+, 19+, or 21+). If the ID check fails or no valid ID is presented, the package is not delivered and returned.
In Ontario, age verification is required for alcohol, cannabis, and tobacco products. You can also enable it for any product you choose through your Weels settings.
